Donald Bridgman Sanger (1889-1947) was a lieutenant colonel in the United States Army. The collection contains photostatic and carbon copies (location of originals unknown) of two lectures by Sanger: and delivered at the Army War College, Washington, D.C., 1935; and two letters concerning Sanger's manuscript of The American Civil War. Part I. Causes, Part II. Conduct, The Biography of General James Longstreet.
